1.5 star ratingThe evening show was pretty good,some of the staff was very friendly (not all though)They have very bad beds in the room,some sort of plastic layer that they put on top of the mattress feels horrible !!Cleaning is also very selective,we had still sand on the floor from previous day after cleaning and they had changed only half of the towels.Minibar never gets refilled.Food at the hotel is really bad,mostly because its too long pre cooked and tastes old and dry.If it was fresh,it would have been ok I believe.You would not get anything of a 5 star level in this place,its more like 3.Anonymous 25 January 2014

4.5 star ratingGiven the Cuban standards, this was really a five star hotel. However in europe, it would qualify as to 3 stars at most, the room painting and the power switch, plugs, etc were not 100% correctly installed but it was fully functional and looking beautiful with a hint of caribbean authentic inproperness. The resort at all was great really! Only negative is the food. There is plenty of it in all inclusive stay, but its almost never tasty :( voross21 January 2014
2.5 star ratingNice resort (except the rooms), very friendly staff in the restaurant, nice pool.Rooms: dated and dirty rooms, especially bathrooms, cockroaches, very dirty towels and sheets, they are cleaning rooms every day. but they are never actually clean, phone in the room does not working. 2.5 star ratingthe food was okMy first and last time all inclusive the resort is too large to cater for its guests. The food was plentiful however you were lucky to find a plate or spoon or glass etc etc unless in there as the doors opened. Staff worked very hard but just couldn't keep up. We had to change our room as it was foul smelling and there was blood smeared on the chest of drawers the bed was falling to bits. They moved us on but someone else would have gone straight in there. The beach is close and beautiful get up very early if you want to grab a shaded sun bed. Very noisy main pool aimed at kids great for families awful for others. This said a lot of people looked to be having a great time with huge mugs of booze and glutinous grins. Good luck to them it was just not my scene at all, luckily only booked 4 nights as a penultimate stop off on a three week tour of Cuba. Please don't think this resort represents going to Cuba, it's just a massive holiday park by the sea. Anonymous 18 April 2017
