3.5 star ratingEnjoy a spectacular beach and staff that really go out of their way to make your stay the best possible. The drinks in the front bar are awesome, the bartenders even dance when serving. The entertainment is the most professional we heve experienced so far in the five all-inclusive resorts we have visited. There are many wonderful personalities among the staff, I could for example mention the charming Eduardo adding his personal touch to your morning omelette or the warm-hearted Yiyi of the children´s club. The personell along with the beach are the most wrathful assets of this resort.Despite repeatedly complaining we had to stick in a room with a foul stench of mould. This is not acceptable when travelling with two babies. The front desk was all but helpful in trying to arrange better accommodation. The hotel needs to get its´towel business sorted. We did not receive beach towels until more than a day after check in, and the frequency of towel changes was too low, price and claimed standard of the resort taken into consideration.Rickard18 April 2017
