3.0 star ratingNice pools with pool-bars and a special pool area for familys and activities. Nice spacious beach area, with enough beachloungers. Good service at the diamond-club desk. Friendly staff. Good advice and good treatment given by the doctor and nurse at the resort.Waiting time at the check-in : to long Waiting time at the restaurant reservation desk: far to long In the evening, at the buffet restaurant not enough clean tables available, so we took another empty table and were punished by getting no service at all. Area around the swimming pools: not clean at all, sigarette-ends everywhere, and in the morning waste-buckets were full (bad smell). No information in our reservation about the fact that we could not reserve any a la carte restaurants. No resortmap available, due to no more ink in printer ?????03 August 2012

2.0 star ratingOur impression was that this hotel was built by someone who knew how it should work, but he went and now nobody there knows how it should be operated. Sauna is broken. Ants in the room. VERY dirty tables and chairs in the dining place (spots, grog, flies are sitting everywhere, including yourself). Quality of food is very low. There were always a big queue for meat or fish which were always raw or overdone (they are not able to cook it right). OUTRAGEOUS: my boyfriend got food poisoning and was laying 2 days with high tempretarure. Tourist 201425 January 2015
