3.5 star ratingHad a fruit stand, grocery, and restaurants nearby which was handy for beverages and snacks. Ate Italian every night and enjoyed it. Typical chains (Subway, McDonalds, etc) also in the area, if that is your cup of tea. A bit of a walk from the U-bahn for late at night female traveling alone. Limited television in English (one CNN, one BBC). 27 October 2008

Room large and well furnished but would have been greatly improved with a fresh coat of paint.03 November 2008
2.5 star ratingVery nice buiding.The staff at the reception was very unfriendly, not professional, authorative. I felt like tiptoeing if I wanted something. I had to hange rooms because the outside window was totally missing, to the surprise of the staff. I was surprised they do not know about it.09 November 2008

4.5 star ratingThe room was very clean and airy. The breakfast varied, plentiful and of good quality. The receptionists were efficient and understanding. Just off the K'damm and at the top end of Wilmersdorf, the location is excellent.With the windows open on warm nights, there was some road noise. However, this subsided after midnight and before 0600, and did not disturb our sleep much.Mrs. G04 May 2009
