4.0 star ratingThe staff couldn't do enough to be more helpful. They all spoke English. They were friendly and professional. The rooms were well equipped Breakfast was very good and started nice and early. The free tea/coffee in reception was very much appreciated as the weather was so bad We hope to return to Berlin soon and would be very happy to stay with you again.Our room was small and we had to shuffle round the furniture. It was quite hot at night but we couldn't open the window as we were on the main road (Rm 109) and it was too noisy. (I did request a quiet room). The mattresses were old and sagged in the middle - need replacing with firmer ones Although the free WiFi was very much appreciated, it was incredibly slow02 August 2011

4.0 star ratingPersonal war sehr nett und kompetent, Zimmer waren sauber und ruhig. Preis - Leistung ist in Ordnung. Das Hotel kann ich weiter empfehlen.Es gab ein behinderten gerechtes Zimmer im 2.ten Stock. Im Rollstuhl kann man das Zimmer aber nicht erreichen, da die Fahrstuhltüren zu schmal sind.Ruth10 July 2012
5.0 star ratingSehr zuvorkommendes Personal, das bestens über lokale Aktivitäten wie Museen, Besuchsmöglichkeiten des Reichstags, Ticketbuchungen informiert war. Nützliche Services wie Stadtplan, sehr lange Frühstückszeit, etc. Die Lage ist genial einen Katzensprung von der S-/U-Bahn entfernt. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort sind klasse. Da wir im vierten Stock waren, war die Lautstärke der belebten Straße kein Problem, obwohl wir straßenseitig wohnten. Leider sehr warm eingestellte Fußbodenheizung. Besser einige Grad kälter einstellen. Wer dann immer noch friert, kann eine warme Decke nehmen. Globetrotter04 January 2013
4.5 star ratingDas Zimmer war wirklich gut, einzig der erste Eindruck der Auslegware war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Da wir an dem WE gesehen haben, wie viel Kunden unterschiedlicher Nationalität da ein und ausgehen, verwundert es nicht. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, hier gibt es den Daumen nach oben. :-) Das Personal war sehr höflich und auch dafür kann man den Daumen nach oben richten. Alles in allem hat es uns bei Ihnen sehr gefallen und es ist zu diesem Preis wie wir gebucht haben ein Vormerken für kommende Besuche wert.-26 March 2013

2.0 star ratingEs gab leider nichts positives....Unfreundliches Personal, das schlechteste Frühstücksbuffet das ich seit langem gesehen habe. es wird keine Tageszeit gesagt, wenn man den Frühstücksraum betritt, es wurde nicht gefragt, wie es uns "gefallen" hat. Es gab sehr wenig Kommunikation. Der Preis völlig übertieben. Wir werden das BW Hotel Kantstraße nicht nocheinmal besuchen.Urlauberin8512 August 2013
4.0 star ratingDas Hotel liegt zentral inmitten der City,schöne Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Türe.Das Preis-Leistungsverhälnis stimmt.Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.Es wurde sauber geputzt und Handtücher immer gewechselt.Man kann sich wohlfühlen. Im Moment gibt es aktuell gerade Renovierungsarbeiten.Es ist sehr laut und unruhig.Von morgens an wird gehämmert und geklopft bis spät am Abend.Das hat den Aufenthalt wirklich gemindert,wenn auch sonst alles okay war.Erholsam ist das nicht! Waren halt grad zur falschen Zeit hier.Das Zimmer war etwas klein und beengt.Paulchen25 August 2013
