4.0 star ratingThe room was a nice big size, the bathroom was lovely. The staff were very pleasant and said good morning when we went down to breakfast.We had to queue twice for breakfast, once for over half an hour as there wasn't enough space to fit all the guests. The windows in the room (23) needed repainting, the stairwell was also not as nice as the corridors.21 October 2012

5.0 star ratingRoom was very spacious with high callings and nice morden en-suite bathroom. Staff allowed us to leave our baggage after check-out. Breakfast nice and included in the price. Would recommend and come back to the same hotel when staying in Berlin. A bit too noisy as the room was toward the main street. The Internet wasn't working which was really upsetting. Staff was nice however not very talkative and we have to ask for every single thing ourselves. Overall pleasant experience with the hotel.15 August 2013
2.0 star ratingPersonal was very good and helpful and location is good - around shops, different restaurants (cafes) and daily small food retail points were to buy beer, chips, etc. Room was terrible small, never got such small room before, bed was too short. Stairs to rooms was very terrible - looks like from scary movies - old and in poor condition. Breakfast was not bad, but very poor - do not have hot meals at all - except boiled eggs. 12 September 2013
