LOB,LOB,LOB!!!Nicht mehr zeitgemäße Badausstattung, in Kombination mit einem offensichtlich schon länger nicht mehr ganz dichtem WC Stock-,Schimmelflecken in der Damendusche des Spa-Bereiches Alte Seifenspender mit unschönen Auflagerungen in der Damendusche des Spa-Bereiches15 February 2012
4.5 star ratingDie Dame im Schwimmbad ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Selbst war sie wohl nie Kind und hat auch keine Nachkommen die sie mögen. Mit Herren unterhält sie sich intensiv, ohne sich um das Wohnlergehen der anderen Gäste zu kümmern. Der "Lehrling" hat uns sogar Getränke angeboten, was ich sehr nett fand. 08 June 2012

3.5 star ratingGood location, easy to get to with public transport. Staff friendly with good English. Hotel clean and welcoming with good facilities in offer even though we didn't use them.Our room didn't have a bed. When we entered there was a sofa and a table where the bed should be. There was 2 doors to adjoining rooms but both were locked. Upon closer inspection we discovered the sofa was a sofa bed but there was no sheets in the room to make it up. Had to request with reception to get a bed made up. When we returned from a walk this had been done but we had been provided with a single duvet...for 2 of us...in December!! Asked reception for a larger one but we ended up with a single duvet each. A good nights sleep was not had. 4 star superior I think not!!!20 December 2013
