This hotel is located around 2 minutes from Birmingham's international airport and the city centre is roughly 4 km away. Guests are welcomed in the inviting lobby with a reception desk open 24 hours. 4.5 star ratingBoth myself and partner enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would definately return for another stay. The hotel was very clean and tidy, all of the staff were very welcoming, polite and friendly. The hotel also has smoking rooms available for us smokers and a non smoking policy throughout the rest of the hotel which is good for families and those non- smokers. 4.0 star ratingConvenient location for LG ARENA. Staff very helpful and polite. Room clean. I was Expecting a lower level of cleanliness after reading some reviews but room was absolutely fine. Room service burger was very good. 24 hour bar a lovely place to enjoy a post concert drink. Really enjoyed our stay here.Room was a little tired but fine really. 2.5 star ratingEvening meal very good and value for money for a hotel.Whilst we appreciate that the hotel was very busy due to all the events taking place at the NEC, we were given a disabled room though neither of us has a disability. Bearing this in mind the twin beds were the worst we have every slept on though we use the term slept loosely. The base was wooden slats and the mattress was so thin we had to use half of the douvet for a bit of extra support. Heaven knows how a disabled person would sleep. Our friends who were also staying had a problem with an unflushed toilet on arrival. In fairness this was quickly rectified.Pete30 November 2014

We were located in an Exec Room next to the service lift which I wasn't happy about as service lifts always make a lot of noise but to be honest there was no noise and a comfortable nights sleep. Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we have had in a long time, lots of choice and all freshly cooked produce.Anonymous 06 June 2016
3.5 star ratingIdeal location to the Birmingham airport, NEC and train station. Tidy rooms with good utilities. Lovely staff.No lock on toilet door. Inner doors outdated. When using the shower its hard not to flood the floor. Food in restaurant was ok but nothing special but pricey enough at the same time. The breakfast selection was mediocre.Stan28 March 2016
