1.0 star ratingnothing positive to sayThis was the worse stay ever....I have stayed at the Marriott for several years...This will be my last stay. The services was horrible, the room was not clean. once I contacted guest services for clean linen , it was broght to the room and left outside the door on the floor. No ice bucket. No decent towels.......but the price increases every year during BAYOU CLASSICE WEEKEND.....I spoke to others who shared the same complaints...I will not be staying there again nor will my relatives fro out of town.....Toni29 November 2011
3.5 star ratingVery friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet was very good. Clean rooms.Hot water took forever to get warm/hot. Small bathroom and tub. Supper at the restaurant 555 was not so good. Hotel convenience store was way too expensive.A.24 February 2012
