5.0 star ratingNice, clean and comfortable room. The shower was very nice with lots of water pressure. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Even though we stayed there on a weekend during Carnival season, we heard no noise from the street. It was everything we hoped for in a Nerw Orleans vacation hotel.The only negative about the room was noise from a belt drive electric motor, although it was minor and wasn't always audible. There was a false fire alarm at 6:00 one morning, but that could have happened at any hotel.Skytrotter11 February 2015
4.0 star ratingThe room was lovely.Do not pay for valet parking! It is the most expensive rate in the quarter! The valet staff is completely unprofessional and rude! They lost our vehicle and did not pull our vehicle even though we allowed 30+ minutes.Dominique Cavazos10 February 2017
