3.0 star ratingWell located in a quiet location yet walking distance to the French quarterUnfortunately, I left my prescription sunglasses in our room when checking out.i contacted the hotel within two hours of checking out to get them to check the room, nobody did, I rang twice more and was immediately put through to housekeeping who never answered the phone.When I finally spoke to someone at reception they promised to get the manager to call me back, as yet no call back! I sent two emails pleading for someone to check the room 126 but no response. My wife and I are on holidays in the US and heading out of Florida on a cruise and I desperately need my prescription sunnies!!! What has happened to old fashioned customer service? I am so disappointed at the loss and that I could not get someone at reception to own this problem and solve it for me, it would have been so easy to fix if acted on immediately!!!!Aussie12 April 2015
