4.5 star ratingWe had a wonderful experience...location could not be better...The Clock was great and we really enjoyed our bartender..He gave us great recommendations...Would definately stay at the Chateau again..Love New Orleans!!Could be spiffed up a bit..Carpets need cleaning in hallways...curtains in our room were torn..You guys can do better..Step it up a notch otherwise WONDERFUL...Thanks..See you soon.. 4.5 star ratingThe staff was very friendly and the hotel was convenient. The room was large, clean, bed was comfortable and I felt safe. We got it at an excellent price and I would stay there again. The rooms are plain and not decorated well. Do not expect luxury but expect history and convenience. You can hear street noise early but it subsides after about 15/20 min. We were on the iberville side.Lynn30 December 2011
