Hotel Information

This hotel is located in the popular holiday resort of Playa del Inglés on the island of Gran Canaria, only 100 m away from the beach. A large variety of bars, restaurants, pubs and nightclubs can be found in the immediate vicinity. The hotel features an outdoor pool, children's pool, sauna, steam room, sports facilities and a rooftop terrace with panoramic views over the sea.At dinner time it's mandatory full length trousers for men.

3.0 star ratingBasic but good hotel for a short stay or holiday. Good choice of food at breakfast and most staff friendly and informative. Very close to beach from the back of the hotel and easy to walk into the resort centre which takes about 15 mins. Taxis cheap to get around. Very basic rooms, towels and rooms were not cleaned throughout stay. Maid only made the beds up but used same sheets and towels which we didn't like but hotel stated they changed them every few days and not everyday, this was a big turn off for us and have made us re-think on whether we would stay at hotel again. By the end of the stay our sheets and towels were smelling and we felt dirty. Hotel is slightly out the but still a good location in a quiet part of town. Would i recommend this hotel? Yes but for a short basic stay for the money and for the food. Would I stay at the hotel again? Probably not, simply for the reasons above, but overall pleasant hotel and good facilities. 25 January 2013
3.0 star ratingNice view . Internet access in the room when paying € 28 extra. Very clean rooms (but old...)I had to pay € 72 extra in order to get a room with view. The fans from the ventilation system made extremely much noise :-( It was also given in written that it was strictly forbidden to bring food/drink into the hotel from outside :-( This was unprofefessionaly written in both English/German . When I complained, they said it wasn't meant so :-( The wine in the diningroom was bad and expensive; higher priced than in bars outside the hotel :-( Food, especially meat, not acceptable :-( Some times impossible to find a vacant table :-(Anne M. 4.0 star ratingPool och mat var väldigt bra. En av poolerna som var uppvärmd var faktiskt den varmaste pool jag badat i på vinterhalvåret. Uppvärmda pooler brukar inte vara speciellt varma, men den här var säkert 26-27 grader. Mycket bra! Vi hade All Inclusive. Har haft All Inclusive ett antal gånger runt om på turistorter i världen och måste säga att det här hotellet hade oväntat bra mat med stor variation och smak. Fick med "picnic bag" smörgåsar frukt) på avresedagen. Checkade ut kl 04.00 på morgonen. Många pooler Gott om solsängar Väldigt trevlig personal Annars höll hotellet i övrigt klassisk medelklass. Lite slitet, men skulle säga ett helt ok hotell. Lika bra som maten var, lika dåliga var drinkarna som ingick i All inclusive utbudet. Faktiskt ett av de sämre jag upplevt. God öl men om den innehöll nån procent vet jag inte? Om man vill ha kvällsunderhållning ska man verkligen inte ha speciellt höga krav. För den var inte nåt vidare. Otroligt skränig sal. Anlände på kvällen till hotellet tio minuter efter att middagen var slut och blev hänvisad till att skaffa mat utanför hotellet. Erbjöds ingenting. Riktigt dåligt.Anonym 05 March 2017
