4.5 star ratingGreat kids club and friendly staff, everyone had a smile on their faces and obviously enjoyed their workUpgraded to all inclusive when arrived at the hotel which was great value for money, however after 5 days they took bottled beer of the all inclusive list without telling anyone an my husband only drinks beer and did not like the local beer from the pumps. 06 May 2013

4.5 star rating- Frühstücksauswahl und Abendessen schmackhaft. - Sauberkeit im Zimmer und der gesamten Hotelanlage. - Das Thalassozentrum ist ein Besuch wert. - Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals. - Wifi auf dem Zimmer möglich.- Die Pools sind für dieses Hotel zu klein. - Die Sonnenschirme an der Poolanlage sind zu wenig, klappen ständig zu und der Stoffbezug löst sich aus der Bespannung. - Viel zu wenig Parkplätze für die Anzahl an Mietwagen und Privatwagen der Bediensteten. - Es wird vor dem Restaurant angewiesen in passender Bekleidung zu erscheinen. Viele Gäste schert das wenig. So kommen auch abends Personen in Badeshorts zum Essen. Hier sollte das Hotelpersonal durchgreifen.09 July 2013
