4.5 star ratingGreat complex and great staff throughout.The 1st week was lovely and chilled 2nd week ruined by other guests staying in the complex, very drunk loud German guys with no respect for others on holiday. I got a flight home early as they had ruined my last few days. Complex gave them a warning but was still loud and drunk all day.Crawleyflyguy17 August 2016
3.5 star ratingbar staff very friendly and nothing is ever too much.After arriving at the complex at 22.45 the security guard did not arrive until 23.55 which is very poor service as departure day the maids are knocking on the door. The last time no remote for the A/C unit until the receptionist arrives as 12.00 noon so you have to sweat until then, which is not good when you book for A/C also you have to pay a deposit which is new and not stated on your website.crawleyflyguy26 September 2016
