This wonderful apartment complex lies at the heart of the tourist centre of Playa del Ingles. Guests will find themselves just 50 metres away from links to the public transport network. The complex is located just 450 metres away from the Metro and Kasbah shopping centre, as well as the beach and an array of shopping and entertainment venues. This wonderful complex comprises beautifully-designed apartments, which offer a peaceful setting in which to relax and unwind at the end of the day. The apartments are well equipped with modern amenities for added comfort and convenience. Guests are sure to appreciate the facilities and services that this complex has to offer.Necessary to pay a deposit of 100 eur , which will be returned the day of departure, if after checking the apartment , everything is correct.Visits are allowed only in the reception area.

1.0 star rating	None	We arrived at the apartment after a long delay, unpacked our belonging and headed out for something to eat. On returning to the apartment we found the area overrun by youths and prostitutes. On entering the apartment block we walked down the stairs to our apartment which was on the ground floor/basement. My partner was slightly ahead of myself and was opening the door when all of a sudden a young male came out from underneath the stairs and began to attack me for no apparent reason. I called to my partner and the attacker ran away. There then followed some kind of commotion in the apartment upstairs. I went outside to see what was happening. There was a young woman sat on the balcony. On asking her what was going on she said that the guy that attacked me lived next door to her and had apparently attacked me as I was gay and had tried to make advances towards him. This was unbelievable. I had never seen this person before in my life and the attack was completely random. We decided that it was unsafe to remain in the building and went to find a police officer to report the crime. We went into a hotel close by and asked the male receptionist for some assistance. He replied "No, I don't want to get involved". We eventually persuaded him to call the police. On arriving the police refused to take action. When my partner pressed them to take us to the police station so the we could make a formal statement, one of the policemen attacked my partner. We walked away to try and find another officer, all the time being harassed by prostitutes and drug dealers. A second pair of officers where just as unhelpful. At this point we decided not to return to the hotel or the area and found alternative accommodation for the night. We returned the next morning and initially found the staff at the hotel unhelpful and not very sympathetic. I eventually pressed them into finding us an alternative place to stay. I therefore can only conclude that this apartment, or any in the surrounding area are unsafe due to the area being in a red light zone and also because of the inadequate police presence in such an area. I would only recommend this apartment to a sex tourist or somebody who enjoys being randomly attacked by their fellow residents.	Not Happy	10 December 2012
