5.0 star ratingWir waren schon öfters in diesem Hotel, das direkt am Atlantik liegt und in der Nähe vom Flughafen.. Zimmer sind fast alle mit tollem Meerblick, das Frühstücken auf der Terrasse lieben wir. Kein gedrängel am Pool. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig.Uns wäre das Abendessen um 18.00 Uhr lieber, es beginnt dort um 19.00 Uhr.Koxibaby02 February 2011

2.5 star ratingGreat Salad Bar in the evening with some really tasty salads and salad items Quiet outside in daytime upstairs on the solarium Cleaning really good Waiting staff in restaurant good despite being overworked at times No mad rush to get sunbeds as most people go out Few Children = less noise if you need to relaxHot food car still too cold - you need to use the microwave by the side of the self serve area X Factor rejects singing(the hotel pays them to come in!) in bar area means any rooms on third floor (Same as bar) nearby will think the singer is outside their door, although it ends around 11 it means it wont have an early night in rooms 310, 309, 308, 307 (310 being the closest to the noise) Hot food selection not great some nights though the do try and vary the selection with a theme each evening Beds really far too firm - had to put two beach towels on them to create some padding A couple of reception desk staff with very poor customer service skills Have been to this hotel a number of time over the past 16 years, this will be the the last time, mainly due to hard beds but poor reception experience by someone with the same name as the waiter in faulty towers was the final strawAnonymous 07 April 2017
