4.0 star ratingan der rezeption nicht besonders freundlich. mein gewünschter weckruf um 4.30 nachts wurde nicht ausgeführt. hätte ich also meinen wecker nicht gestellt oder überhört, dann hätte ich meinen flieger verpasst. so etwas sollte absolut nicht vorkommen!!!18 October 2012

3.0 star ratingVelké pokoje, čisté, slušný bazén a vcelku pěkně upravené okolí, dobrá pozice kousek od letiště,ale jinak centrum života daleko, nutno si zajet do Los Cristianos nebo Playa de America.Dost hrozná restaurace, ráno při snídani se tam 2 lidé jdoucí proti sobě okolo asi 2m dlouhého kulatého bufetového stolu mají problém vyhnout, navíc na tak velký hotel je ta restaurace abnormálně malá, i když asi většina hostů ji příliš nevyužívá. Jídlo nebylo moc dobré, jednou k večeři stará konzervovaná kukuřice- skyslá, snídaně naprosto bez zeleniny. Naštestí jsme tu pobývaly jen 2 noci před odletem kvůli brzkému rannímu odletu a 2 malým dětem. Neochota personálu na recepci nám večer před odletem objednat taxi pro 6 osob,stále tvrdili, že nám jej zavolají ráno a do 3 minut tam bude stát taxi (ale asi by nebylo pro nás všech 6). Cesta nakonec stála 17E, snažili se nám vnucovat nějaký "jejich taxík za 28E", pozor na to... Celkově personál takový zvláštní, kontrola,co si nosíte, i když jsme měly all-in. Navíc nápoje v tomto programu až od 12hod, takže si dáte něco u snídaně,pak to v 10.30 ukončí a další pití (třeba i nealko) si můžete dát až od 12hod... jurass30 September 2015

3.0 star ratingWe stayed only one night on the way to the airport. It is a very big hotel with a very limited space around the swimming pool and very cramped sun loungers. There is no space to move around at all. The lift didn't work - we had to carry our heavy luggage on the steps. There was no staff to help us. The apartment was very small- like a tiny studio. Quite well-equipped kitchen. The microwave didn't work/it worked but didn't heat the meal/, the oven worked well but we couldn't use anything else while cooking because the fuse was gone a couple of times. The bathroom was big enough but nowhere to put our cosmetic bags. No shelves on the wall or around the basin, nowhere to hang the clothes. Unfortunately, I would never stay there again.dankazaba12 January 2017
4.5 star ratingBardzo uczynny i pomocny personnel - szczególne podziękowanie dla Juana z recepcji! Animacje wieczorne i basen wraz z wystarczającą ilością leżaków. Bliskość lotniska (to zarówno zaleta jak i być może dla niektórych wada - w ciągu dnia samoloty latają dość często, ale dla mnie nie było to uciążliwe) Recepcja 24h i sklepik 24 h WIFI - konieczna tu jest inwestycja w nowocześniejszą infrastrukturę (mówię tu o bezpłatnym wifi w recepcji, które ma najprawdopodobniej jakieś ograniczenia przepustowości lub ilości jednocześnie podłączonych użytkowników). Brak wifi w pokojach (dla internetowych maniaków to akurat zaleta ;) ) Nieczynne jacuzzi i cymbergaj (ale wrzucone kilka euro na uruchomienie gry zwrócone przez recepcję bez najmniejszych problemów) Marcin11 January 2016
