5.0 star ratingLike all the other reviews, the hotel is a fabulous place - rooms clean, spacious and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Although there is noise from aircraft traffic it really isn't a problem, in fact it is quite an interesting feature of the hotel. The Spa facilities were great. The food was good - no complaints as there was so much choice. Transport service (Bus) to other areas of the island is right outside the hotel. All-in-all a great hotel and I would recommend it to all types of travellers. Looking forward to returning.SurreyJames18 October 2012

4.5 star ratingThe room was excellent - large and spacious, clean, comfortable, large balcony, and with lovely views. Reception were friendly, professional, and helpful. The pool was warm, clean, and fun, with plenty of sun loungers around.The shower was not ideal - a door would have been MUCH nicer than a clingy nylon shower curtain. Also, the tap was too easy to knock and adjust accidentally, and a rack for shampoo bottles etc. would have been nice. A DVD player would have been a nice addition to the TV, and maybe satellite TV to access more English channels.rbgos01 April 2013

5.0 star ratingchildrens entertainer excellent got all the children involved in activities and was able to motivate adults into daily activities pool aerobics etc. Staff in general all very helpful friendly, rooms very generous in size and very clean. No problems with sunbeds plenty available and there was nobody reserving beds with towels. Food plenty of choice to suit all the family. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay as a family and would like to return to the hotel in the future children not allowed into the pool untill 10 o clock no early swimming allowed parry family06 November 2015

4.0 star ratingpool attendant was the best I have ever seen he made sure the pool area was clean all sunbeds umbrellas were all in working order and worked tirelessly throughout the day making sure that all was in good order. Entertainment person was friendly ensured that all people were involved in some of the activities he made everyone feel welcome and went out of his way to ensure we enjoyed our holiday experience. All staff were friendly helpful The hotel was a bit disorganised at the beginning of the week we were unable to spend the first night at the hotel and were put up at another hotel. the dinning room was a bit disorganised at the beginning of the week but by the middle of the week had improved.
