4.5 star ratingLarge spacious hotel close to the coast. Staff very helpful. Good sports court. Swimming pool fine. Good for a fairly quietish holiday. Good range of food choices within buffets but typically vegetarians limited to salads.Hotel is used heavily by a french tour operator meaning that the entertainment mainly in french and the energetic reps simply mime french songs every other evening. Gym adequate but some equipment broken. The hotel catches a strong breeze typical of South Tenerife.29 December 2008
3.0 star ratingThe quality of the food was outstanding. Overall the cleanliness of the hotel was good although we experienced problems with our particular room. It was a very pleasant hotel after initial problems were solved. The location was good and not overbearingly British.The staff were generally unhelpful. We arrived late due to delays with flights and were told that there was nothing for us to eat even though we were booked in half board. There was no help with our luggage and the room was in a poor condition smelling damp, light bulbs not working, television not working and dirty nappies on the balcony. Generally the staff didint give a damn although matters were resolved during the stay. The hotel deals generally with the French and they seem to be given first preference in all matters.05 February 2009
4.5 star ratingHad a thoroughly enjoyable, third visit to Aguamarina, and were once again delighted with our visit. The sun shone, staff were friendly, food very good and always a place to sit or lie on the sun terrace. Took advantage of the free bus service - got off at Costa Adeje and walked back to Los Cristianos for a pick up back to the hotel - would really recommend this walk.24 February 2009

4.0 star ratingfrendly people ,clean , good and a lot off different foodto much nose in de evening ,every night till 12 ,for a 4 star hotel a old room ,old tv with remote cotrole that didnt work ,no music or sport on tv,shower was defect , no maps or anything else of info about the area and the rest off tenerife . next time i 'll go to another hotel03 February 2013

2.5 star ratingBra matbuffet. Aldri vært på et hotell hvor enkelte av fasilitetene er så dårlig. Og våre ferier har bare vært på 3 og firestjerners hotell. Det aller meste var gammelt og slit. Bassengene både inne og ute var iskalde. Personell som hadde Miniclub m.m. var alle franske og ønsket stort sett bare å snakke fransk.Ingen info var mot aktiviteter for barn var på engelsk engelsk. 4.5 star ratingveldig bra rengjøring og hjelp i resepsjonen barna fornøyde med barneaktiviteter og de som arbeidet derdet lille bassenget bør være oppvarmet for de minste barna innendørs basseng er for lite til å svømme i for voksne, for dypt for barn og ikke nok oppvarmet. treningsrommet hadde dårlig og gammelt utstyr. ikke reklamer for innendørs oppvarmet basseng og treningsrom!Anonym 24 April 2015
