This charming, family-friendly hotel is situated a 2-minute walk from the beach. Nice Côte d'Azur International Airport is approx. 3 km away. The hotel comprises a total of 24 guest rooms and provides an entrance hall, a hotel safe, a café, bar, restaurant and private parking for those arriving by car. There are double rooms available with an in-room WC, washbasin and TV, the shower is just outside in the corridor. The superior double rooms feature the same amenities and additionally include a private shower. Direct dial telephone, Internet access, tea and coffee making facilities, a double bed, a safe and a balcony or terrace come as standard in all rooms. A breakfast buffet is served daily.

3.0 star ratingGood location. Friendly staff.We have stayed in various economy hotels before and have always been happy. However, this hotel was not value for money. We were not aware when we booked this room that we would be sharing a shower with other rooms on the floor. I did not have a dressing gown and had to run to the shower room wrapped in a towel that barely covered my backside. The toilet room in the bedroom was merely a partition but not to the ceiling therefor shutting the door made little difference! Not only that, the plumbing was shared, so if another guest flushed their loo or ran the tap it was as though someone was in your bathroom. The breakfast was ok but for the money not great. 09 October 2008
4.5 star ratingvery plesant hotel . staff very friendly and helpfull. when the refurb is complete it will be a reallittle gem, as long as the price stays competative it is very good value. i would definatly return to this hotel and recommend it to others.basic breakfast breakfast was a bit basic but adaquate.27 October 2008
4.5 star ratingThe Hotel Rivoli is very well located, the staff are very helpful and make you feel at home. As with many French hotels they seem to need a little TLC but are very clean and friendly. My Partner and I will definately be returning to the Hotel.None25 March 2009

4.5 star ratingA great hotel for a shirt trip to Nice. The staff was fun, gentle and nice but not very useful. The room was nice, very cool old style (vintage design), beautiful pictures on the walls. The whole hotel is a nicely equipped villa with a lot of french charme. The only minus point was the temperature in our room. Since weather turned worse it got about 10° C outside and below 18° C inside. badly isolating door and windows. Sherbishtian20 November 2013
