3.0 star ratingGood point is that the hotel is centrally located. Very close to shopping centre, restaurants, tram and mainline railway station. Very convenient for a short stay if you only need very basic facilities.I had a booking for 2 persons. There was only 1 hand and 1 bath towel. No soap was provided for hand washing. All that was left in the bathroom was 2 little sachets (7ml) of shower gel. One of these was not even enough to shower with. There was only 1 light working in the room which was directly over the bed. The one above the table was not, therefore in order to read it had to be done in bed which was disturbing for the other person who may want to sleep. I have stayed in cheaper hotels with better room facilities on the motorways. Breakfast consisted of tinned fruit, ham and cheese slices, croissant and a peice of bread.09 October 2008
2.5 star ratingThe room was clean. The location is very CentralThe tap in the bathroom was broken so one could only get very hot water which was difficult to shower with. I had to ask for towels and soap. The room was not fully tidied after the first night (bed was remade but the sheets were not shaken). The property needs a full make over.13 January 2009

2.0 star ratingThe staff were very nice but young and incapable of looking after the guests. The reception staff had to give the breakfast and had no idea really. I could not get a drink. I paid £60 per night and I could not get a decent drink in the hotel, either hot or cold at any time. The breakfast was absolutely awful. 8 euros for one small hard roll, one coissant, small amount of cheese and ham handed to me on a plate, and a boiled egg about three days old. It was really terrible and extremely expensive. There was a little dog constantly in the reception area on in the dining room, left to sit on a sofa on its own. It was there 24 house a day, completely neglected by the owner. It was very dirty and smelly and seemed very lonely. It was upsetting to see. The reception staff sometimes took out it out to the toilet but only for a few minutes. I felt extremely sorry for the dog, it had no life whatsoever and I thought the owners were very cruel towards such a sweet little dog. On the last day there was no electricity whatsoever. I could not get washed, wash my hair or even look in the bathroom mirror. I had to haul my suitcase down four flights of stairs which was hard on my back. 19 May 2009
1.5 star ratingLocation, though noisy was central.Dirty, Our room smelt of drains. There was no shower curtain, the shower head was broken, resulting in water spraying all over the floor.not enough towels, , there were no glasses, some lights were n't working. The furniture was rickety, plaster was coming off the walls. The door stuck, the lock broke, We had to move rooms. Breakfast was a stale croissant each, a small piece of french bread, cornflakes, rubbery cheese and ham. There were too few plates and bowls. The staff were variable. 16 September 2009
