This city hotel is located in urban area with convenient location and close to Sogo, Times Square and Hysan Place. The travellers may choose their meal in many gourmet restaurants. 3.0 star ratingThe hotel is in a great location, in the centre of all the action in Causeway Bay. The room was kept clean and fresh towels were delivered daily. We were in room 509 and the functionality of the room was not thought through very well. Rather than a bathroom, we had a wet room (toilet, sink and shower all in the one area), meaning if one person had a shower, the other needed to wear shoes into the bathroom if they didn't want wet feet, same goes for at night with pajamas on. The exhaust fan in the bathroom when turned off still moved, but moved in an opposite direction, so rather than air going out, it came in, we constantly had a smell of McDonalds coming into our bedroom and also in the middle of winter it was brining in the 10 degree air, rather than keep the warmth in. The lifts were probably the most frustrating thing of this stay. They are old and programmed to always go back to the Ground floor when not in use, meaning you always needed to wait for a lift and when you wanted to get the lift up, you had to go down to Ground and then up again. 06 January 2014
