4.0 star ratingSituation is good but a bit far from MTR station, in the middle of two MTR station, Causeway Bay and Tin Hau. Room size is standard compare to similar hotel in Hong Kong. The higher floor levels offer good views of Victoria Park. Very efficient check-in and check-out service. Management staff are very professional and attentive. Interconnected rooms are totally not sound and light proof. Lift service during peak times between 7.30 am to 9.30 am and 5.30pm to 6.30 pm are hopelessly not coping. With 3 lifts in full service, easily have to wait for 15 to 20 minutes to get from mid-level to the Ground Floor. In-room supply of toiletries not consistence. Only supply Chinese tea and coffee not English tea. Mabel25 November 2016
