2.5 star ratingPleasant staffRoom not up to 4* standard. Wallpaper bubbling up and cracked. No free internet. Needs updating. Was very noisy. Could hear surrounding rooms and very noisy road. Susbequently slept poorly.AC22 March 2010
3.5 star ratingThe breakfast buffet was fabulous. The staff were kind and helpful! Location is great, very close to the MTR, convenient shops and great restaurants. Very hard beds. Rooms need updating, especially bathroom. No hairdryer abailable. No dressing gowns. 08 October 2013

4.5 star ratingHotel in general was very good all round with friendly staff who were there to help. The buffet breakfast was very good and the dinner buffet excellent. The only downside was the sauna was out of order and tge hotel was a little out of the way but close to transport links. Eddy18 August 2014
