3.5 star ratingStaff very helpful. I only had one breakfast there but it was very good, if a little overpriced. Nice view of Happy Valley Bed very hard. Carpet was very dirty. Cleaning staff not very efficient. I dropped a crisp under the working desk on the Monday, it was still there when I left on the Friday. Walls very thin. Air Conditioning very noisy. 3.5 star ratingGood locationHotel standards appear to have dropped since we last stayed a few years ago. The Lounge they once had on the very top floor with fantastic views over the city is now bedrooms. 28 September 2010
