4.5 star ratingThe thing that makes the Taj outstanding is the amazing service provided by the staff -- very high level of professionalism, extremely nice, and some added touches -- free shoe shining overnight, turndown service, etc -- that make a stay here really very pleasant indeed. I needed to print out a conference paper and the concierge did it for me instantly. This is one of the best hotel experiences I have had in recent years.I find it objectionable that some hotels, including this one, charge you a daily fee for internet connection -- this should obviously be included in the substantial room cost. Room service is very expensive, though the standard of the food is very high. aslan27 March 2012
