5.0 star ratingThe hotel was excellent despite an error made by Xexec - when we arrived at the hotel no reservation for us was found. After the hotel investigated it was found xexec had booked the same chain but in New York. Fortunately the hotel had a room available and sorted it out for us - I even got offered a free glass of wine for the panic I was having! Location of hotel was excellent and room was great with fantastic views over Boston (we were on the 13th floor in a corner room)None19 July 2012
