4.5 star ratingThe staff here are really friendly and helpful and the 'virtual concierge' was great for checking into our flights. We only stayed overnight on our way so,me where else, but the location was great - close to Boston Common and the beds were really comfortable and the little things were all there - like toothpaste in the room, coffee etc. It is an older style hotel, but it had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay.It is older style, if you are looking for fancy, this might not be it but if you wants comfortable, spacious and great service this place is good value.Tara04 June 2014

4.5 star ratingThe staff were most friendly and helpful they helped to make it a most pleasurable stay. The Concierges and the rest of the front of house staff could not have done more for us. The location of the hotel is great for exploring downtown Boston everywhere including Back Bay is within walking distance.The food could improve a little.Paddser02 December 2015
4.5 star ratingThe room was excellent, the staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel was also in an excellent location just down from the Common and beside kids of shops. Had to wait for my room to be ready and I was checking in a bit later at night but they did give me a free meals for my trouble.
