On two nights we were disturbed throughout the evening by large groups of people making a racket right outside our room for long periods of time waiting for their bus home.lf12 December 2012

Posicion dentro de varadero.En en los dos primeros dias me cambiaron 3 veces de habitacion, por mal estado de la habitacion y aire roto, ninguna varieda ni calidad de comida, el staff tiene un 100 por ciento de apatia, mala educacion y cierto tono de groseria en su trato, puedo mencionar a muy pocos trabajadores con un buen comportamiento, no puedo mencionar ni a uno solo con un alto grado de profecionalidad. 3.0 star ratingFood was nice, selection fairly reasonable and the staff in restaurants and Cuba bar were good and very professional. Location is good, there are other restaurants and shops around. Beach is beautiful!1) Extremely bad experience with booking via Hotelopia as the room booked was not in the main body of hotel but across a busy street in separate building with no access to beach, pool or anything else. This was not indicated during the booking process!!! This problem has been resolved after escalation to the hotel's general manager. 2) Hotel needs urgent refurbishment, it is definitely not 4* but in Europe this would be 2-3* at best. 3) Staff at the reception needs training in Customer service care.27 December 2013

2.0 star ratingIt was close to the beatch.We booked a four-star hotel room but we got a Three-star hotel room that looked like a two-star room. The fumes from the cars came into the room through the balcony door that we could not close properly. We could not get help because the hotel blamed hotel Opia and hotel Opia blamed the hotel. Arkkitehtuuri miellyttävä.Musiikin melutaso sekä hotellialueella että erityisesti yöllä naapuriston ravintoloista pitkälle aamuyöhön. henkilökunta erityisesti viikoloppuisin liian kiireellinen. Ruokasali silloin riittämätön eivätkä edes astiat tainneet riittää ja pöydistä joutui "kilpailemaan".Nimetön 14 March 2014

3.5 star ratingBig pool and the location was perfect right on the beach, we had no trouble getting a sun lounge around the pool at any point of the day however it was little harder to get one at the beach.We were unaware that we had originally booked the part of the hotel that was across the road and not near the pool or beach but were lucky enough to upgrade for $20 a night which was worth it to be closer to the pool and facilities. Make sure if you want to be on the pool/beach side that you book the standard room. Every night the hotel had activities/dancers/shows that started at 9:30pm and the music was so loud that we could feel it vibrating through our room. If like to sleep before 10:30/11pm or have young children that are in bed before then then you will have a lot of trouble sleeping.Anonymous 06 May 2014
2.5 star ratingХороший красивый пляж, впрочем, как и везде в Варадеро. Неплохой вечерний бар с террасой, тот, что справа от основного ресторана, где делают коктейли. Правда, на третий день там закончилась половина напитков, что очень странно: на мой взгляд, в отеле все включено должно быть предусмотрено обеспечение баров даже если весь отель одновременно придет и все выпьет.Сначала нас надурили с номером: мы платили за номер стандарт в основном здании, на ресепшене же почему-то лежало подтверждение брони только на номер Классик. Администратор отказалась идти и что-либо выяснять, т.к., дескать, было уже поздно (мы приехали после 10 вечера), поэтому нас отправили в этот номер Классик, что в здании через дорогу. Это вообще тихий ужас: темный сырой номер с видом на дорогу, в котором пахнет сыростью, не работает слив в туалете, дешевые цветастые шторы и покрывала, спасибо, хоть тараканы не бегали((( На следующий день после препирательств с дневным администратором она все таки пошла проверить электронную почту, и, о чудо!!! нашла другое бронирование номера Стандарт, после чего нас переселили в основное здание. Разницу в стоимости номеров за первую ночь (а это где-то 40 долл.) никто, понятно, не возместил. В номере Стандарт все оказалось не так плохо, как в Классике, за исключением допотопного кондиционера, врезанного в стену и шумящего так, как будто он собирается взлетать) Вцелом же отель производит впечатление средней турецкой троечки-четверочки: в основном ресторане питание однообразное и не слишком вкусное, за исключением омлетов и круасанов на завтрак и горячих вок-блюд на ужин, ну и свежие фрукты, которых было не много, может, просто не сезон. Как выяснилось в последний день, свежевыжатые соки там тоже делают, прям около нарезанных фруктов, но застать на месте того, кто может это сделать, вообще нереально! Еще мы не поняли, почему на завтрак вместо нормального кофе дают какое-то растворимое пойло, когда в лобби и в пляжном баре делают нормальные капучино и эспрессо.Ксения29 October 2014
