2.0 star ratingIt's close to Viazul bus teminus, say 5 minutes' walk. I's near the town centre and easy for shopping.The staff were very unprofessional and not helpful. They let us wait for an hour in order to check our booking as they claimed that they could not find our Hotelopia booking. Then they could not provide a vacant room for us at 12pm and need us to wait for another hour. When we arrived the room, the lamps were not in order. The staff was unwilling to change another room for us and said that they would replace the bulbs. But finally, they spent another hour to replace the bulbs. We asked several staff about the details of evening shows and everyone were uncertain with different answers. Finally, we could not find any show at that night. The room was old and dark.
