4.0 star ratingQuiet air conditioning, good room blackout, wash basin lever style plug worked ok. Comfy bed Stayed over during Chinese New Year - for breakfast a second dining area was opened up to cater for the numbers. Generally helpful staff. 1.5 star ratingThe check out procedure was fast. Room - It was not cleaned enough. I believe they need refurbishment and there's lots of improvemet to be made. especially in the washroom area. there were no bidet or handhold shower available. im not happy when i came in and i quickly find another hotelto stay for another night even though i have booked for 2 days. i was so upset and disappointed. the room was smelly, there were lots of dusts and for me having to take my allergy medicine really uncomfort me. khas04 September 2013

4.5 star ratingBeautiful, clean, lots of space. Especially liked the pool on the 4th floor. After a dip in the heat it is very nice. There is a sauna and a gym. Near many supermarkets. Great location in a decent area. Quiet. Very nice view from the window. All at a high level.Sergey25 February 2014
