3.0 star ratingI stayed at this hotel for one night. The room is clean and spacious although there is nothing to see in the area and there are no restaurants around. However I was very disappointed in the attitude of the staff at the reception. I booked the room online and I have received the confirmation and the receipt after using my personal credit card. I checked in the hotel in that day and after 2hrs I received a call from the reception telling me that I had a FRAUD issue with my credit card and that I have to pay the price of the room again with cash. I explained the situation and showed the receipts, and instead of solving the issue with the agent they asked me to call numbers and send emails by myself claiming that they have no relation to the agent and that is entirely my problem. I was about to have a very important interview that day, so I was very upset they were bothering me every 2 minutes with the same topic instead of doing their job. Finally I agreed to pay only to get rid of sending emails and wasting my time and they asked me to pay the room AT A HIGHER RATE than the one I paid initially. The problem was solved finally, but they kept giving me a suspicious stare which made me feel very uncomfortable. Very very bad attitude towards clients....02 September 2013
