5.0 star ratingWe stayed for only one night. Check in was extremely quick. The bedroom was a good size with nice furniture and runway views. We had dinner in the restaurant and thought the buffet was good value with quick service and pleasant staff. Quick checkout followed comfortable nights' sleep04 February 2010
4.5 star ratingThe hotel had been pre-booked prior to leaving Australia and we considered that it was good valueAfter the closure of the airspace it was disappointing to have to contend with a substantial increase in the room rate - Under the circumstances, being airline staff passengers, with no indications of when we could fly out of UK/Europe, we had to seek cheaper accommodation in Slough.28 April 2010

3.5 star ratingQueues everywhere from reception to breakfast. At a conference so everyone came out at the same time and just one person serving at the Starbucks in the hotel. Food served at bar often cold although the Peri Peri chicken is good. 03 November 2010

5.0 star ratingThe dinner buffet was quality and variety. The staff was pleasant , helpful and friendly from the check in desk to the servers in the restaurant to the conceirge. We stay at a hotel close to Heathrow before we fly home and this was exceptional. Will definitely stay again.Can't think of anything!Phyl 24 September 2011

2.5 star ratingThere was a sufficient number of pillows and the bed was comfortable and a good size.1)The shower curtain was very poor and kept coming loose and hanging down off the rail. 2)The tv cupboard is dated and you have to leave the doors open to watch the tv, therefore if you are walking past the tv when it is on, you have to close the doors. 3)The bathroom is very dated. 4) One of the tiles on the ceiling was hanging down and not fitted correctly, showing a gap in the ceiling.Leighton from Radcliffe29 May 2013
