4.0 star ratingIt was a very cold day with snow outside. When i got the room the lights and the heating was on and it felt warm and welcoming. The room and the hotel had everything I needed for a one night stay at the airport. It was ideally located overlooking Heathrow airport and there was a shuttle service for guests.The room was a long from reception and restaurants. The lift was on its last legs and made an aweful noise trying to get to the 3rd floor. i did report it and the receptionist said that she would arrange for maintenance to take a look.sunshine girl16 March 2013

4.0 star ratingComfortable hotel - only complaint is they have a lot of double doors in the hallways which are not easy to get through with large suitcases. Surprisingly quiet considering location to the airport. Easy to get to airport although Hoppa bus takes a while, if you have only small luggage you can catch a red bus for free at the stops outside which are much quicker. Breakfast was good and included in price. Car rental nearby but note that car rental only provide shuttles to the airport so if not going straight to airport get rid of your bags first.IMG20 June 2013

3.0 star ratingEasily accessible from Terminal 5I had to change rooms 3 times; once because someone had been smoking in the room; second time because the TV didn't work. The 3rd room was OK. The food at dinner was very expensive and not very imaginative. Hot salmon on cold lettuce does not work and the new potatoes were in the singular. I went down to breakfast at 6.00am and the food was bearly hot and the plates for the hot food were cold. I should have had a freshly cooked omlette. Hopper buses ran very early and I could have been informed about this when I booked a taxi. Instead I paid £15.00 when I could have only paid £4.50 for the bus to Terminal 5. 3.5 star ratingLet me sat first I would stay here again .It is just about a 3.5 star hotel and for one night it was fine.The room was clean and the breakfast was fine ,free limited time internet.The signs to the hotel are terrible in the dark.Our satnav could not find the hotel it lead us to about 3 Holiday inns on the same road?Our room was not quiet and it faced the main road .The carpark charges £12 is unfair for guests-although we found a nice space it is a pain to find a space at 8 pm .29 December 2013

I liked my room very much, and had everything i needed for my stay there. bathtube, tv, comfortable bed made my night in the hotel perfect. the room was clean and the price is also fine, compared to other hotels close to airport. Airport is 5 mins away and there is good transport possibilities by busses that are not expensive and take you to the right terminal in heathrow airport.air condition works very fine, but is loud which makes sleeping difficult. there is only 30 mins of free wifi connection, after that you have to pay. what i also didnt like was that i got a drink from the hotelbar in a dirty glass. Or else the hotel was very fine to me and i could recommend it to everyone.20 December 2013

5.0 star ratingStaff were very helpful, offered wake up call and assistance with times for the Heathrow hoppa bus. The H4 is the bus you need for terminal 1 and 3. It goes every 20 mins from around 430am. Shame I missed breakfast, starts at 6am as the pastries looked nice. Any chance of a coffee and pastry to go service from 430am? 21 December 2013
