5.0 star ratingVery clean. Very quiet considering the hotel is right next to the runway and a main road. Booked room for two adults and a 7 year old child. There was no bed for the child. Rang reception and was initially told there would be a £10 charge for the "extra" bed. After complaining I was told that a bed would be bought to the room "free of charge". The bed arrived and we was given a fold up camp bed. We was to tired to complain and so accepted the bed. Andy Villa23 July 2013

4.0 star ratingA clean, comfortable well located hotel. We stayed for one night and it suited our requirements perfectly. Although it is situated close to Heathrow and a main road, it was surprisingly quiet inside. We only used the hotel to sleep,so we cannot comment on the food.I have no negative comments on the hotel, but you need to be aware that drinks in the bar are very expensive £7.50 for a Gin and Tonic. Don't think the "optional" tip should be included in the bill....if people want to tip they will do it without being "shamed" into giving 12.5%.  This hotel is good value for money, it's not the best with regards to decor and could do with updating, but it's not the worst. I've stayed here a lot of times over the past 5 years and it's still the same although the name has change. Breakfast is good there is a buffet with a choice if continental or English items with poached eggs or omelettes made to order. Buses to the airport terminals are easily accessible at the bus stop right outside the hotel. A bonus is there is a fridge in the room.Rooms could do with a little refurb.Andy pandy23 July 2015
5.0 star ratingExcellent value. Spacious, comfortable room. Great views to Heathrow but room very quiet - no noise at all from the aircraft. Very easy to get to - the free bus from Heathrow stops at the door of the hotel. Friendly, helpful staff.The only food we tried was the breakfast. Usual full buffet. Better than most buffet-style breakfasts and the food was reasonably hot. Not as good as freshly-prepared breakfasts but the price was so good it is unfair to be negative. Colin28 September 2015

4.0 star ratingConveniently close to Heathrow, spacious clean rooms with powerful hot shower. Constant motor noise from the air conditioning system that couldn't be turned off. The whole purpose of staying is to get a good nights sleep before a long haul flight and listening to what sounded like a car engine idling next door was not acceptable.
