4.5 star ratingThe room and also the bathroom was absolutely spotless. The beds were comfortable and large and I enjoyed sleeping under a duvet rather than a blanket as found in many other hotels. Although the hotel is positioned very near the heathrow runway we had a very quite night and did not hear any noise from the airport.03 March 2009

5.0 star ratingvery nice clean room. It has a 24 hours costas coffee which is very convenient. It also has a nice restaurant with a varied menu. Staff tried their hardest to give us a room before the official check in time of 2 p.m. The hotel is spotless. Shuttle service from Heathrow every 15 mins very convenient.Check in is very late and after stepping off a 13 hour flight, we really wanted to get into our room. Restaurant service was a bit slow, even though there were only a few diners. Hotel doesn't offer wake up calls. 19 July 2011
