1.0 star ratingGreat Location Extremely dissapointed client, Everything from the room to the cleanliness was absolutely apauling and lastly the worst service I have ever encounted from the staff who were extremely abrupt and outright rude. these are the pitfalls in service which impact negatively on ones stay. I do hope that you make drastic changes to your cleaniness and staff attidude. Whilst relaxing on your pool deck i was approached by a young staff member asking me for a ciggarette which i found extremely rude and nonetheless still lit up his ciggarette and starting puffing away in his full attire. Not sure if this survey is even worth completing as a simple apology in this instance would not suffice for a unhappy customer who paid so much money to stay at your establishment and leaves extremely unhappy. . 05 January 2013
4.0 star ratingThe cleaning staff do an exceptional job, the rooms were always extremely clean and neat. The rooms in itself was nice and spacious, and the facilities are good. All in all had a lovely relaxed stay, with easy access to the mall and the beach a short drive away. :)When checking in and out, no porter was offered, we had to take our luggage by ourselves. Also we were told to pay for parking which was not specified anywhere, but this was forfeited once explained that there was no such mention of this fee on the booking site. Also on christmas day when we went down for breakfast we were told we were late, when it was 9:30, according to book it stated on public holidays breakfast will be until 10:30, we understand that it is christmas, so prehaps there should be a note stating it as an exception. tari30 December 2012
