4.5 star ratingFriendly staff Good location near shopping mall, beach , airporr Good value for money Long queues at breakfast time! Feel the breakfast hours are too short ie. Mon to fri 6:30 to 9:30 , I feel to allow guests to have a more leisurely breakfast and avoid queues, this should be at least 6:30 to 11:00. Also a gym would have been great, I know this is an express hotel, but if you have a pool, one would think a gym is also needed. People on short breaks also like to fit exercise into their day An iron and ironingboard should come standard in each room. I had to wait a while to get the iron every day and usually needed to call reception twice or thrice to remind them to bring up the iron.01 January 2013

3.0 star ratingHouse keeping needs some attention. We requested towels and pillows on our arrival as we were 4 in the room and they only provided for 2. We eventually fetched towels ourselves but never got the extre pillows that we requested daily. Basin drain was blocked. Was reported on Friday but not tended to. Safe was not working, reported on Friday but not tended to. Stairs from the parking area to reception was littered with take away containers and chips packets from our arrival on Friday up to when we left Monday Morning. Security at complimentary parking serves no purpose. We drove in and out without being stopped. Doubt that we'll make use of this facility again.19 December 2013
