4.0 star ratingWe had a good stay. Close to the mall. i would come back again. Couldn't work the washing machine's drying function, there should of been a clothes horse in the rooms for laundry to be hung up on. Hard to understand the staff. 2.5 star ratingFood was good1. It took reception 3 hrs to locate the aircon remote and it was very hot 2. The safe was first of all not mounted to the wall so I couldn't store my firearm in it 3. The safe keys were requested many times and only received the next day 4. The shower drain takes about 1hr for the water to be totally drained so that the next person can shower 5. We requested for a blow dryer and after 3 calls to reception they came with an Iron and ironing board 2 hours later Really not happy with the experience and it was a total waste of my money!!!!! 4.0 star ratingDespite having unruly neighbours at the hotel, the manager was able to resolve the issue, and keep the peace. Also brought a "sweetener" for the inconvenience caused. Well appreciated! RP31 March 2015
