This family-run apartment complex is centrally located in the tourist centre of Playa de las Americas just 300 m from the sandy beach of the same name. Veronicas leisure centre, offering a diverse selection of shopping and entertainment venues such as restaurants, bars, nightclubs and boutiques is to be found a few minutes' walk away (approximately 500 m from the apartment hotel). The nearest stop for the public transport service is some 100 m away.Completely renovated in 2003, this holiday complex comprises a total of 70 accommodation units. Within the 2-storey main building is a reception area.The bright, tastefully fitted studios and apartments each come with a bathroom, a combined bedroom/lounge, a kitchenette with a fridge, a hire safe and a balcony. The functionally equipped apartments additionally feature a separate bedroom.Leisure facilities include a swimming pool with a sun terrace where sun loungers have been laid out ready for use. On payment of an additional fee, it is also possible to play billiards and the nearest golf course is just 800 m from the complex.
