 Having had our booking confirmed we were informed just one day before travelling to Tenerife that due to overbooking at the Jardiin Tropical hotel we were being re-located to the Sheraton la Calletta hotel. We were very disappointed that although our reservation had been confirmed we were unable to visit the hotel of our choice. We chose the Jardin Trpoical due to its reputation and location in Costa Adeje. We are therefore unable to rate this hotel.20 September 2013
