3.5 star ratingExtrem professionelles Personal, kompetent und hilfsbereit. Sehr zentrale Lage. Leider sind die Raeume etwas in die Jahre gekommen und beduerften der Renovierung. Der Teppich in den Gaengen ist extrem verschmutzt. Wir hatten zwei Raeume angemietet, in einem funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht. Dieses Haus bleibt hinter anderen Mercure Hotels (z.B. Wien) mit 4 Sternen und gleichem Preisniveau leider zurueck.Ulrich26 August 2013
