3.5 star ratinggood location, good size rooms.rooms are lifeless. corridors are dull. poor lighting in rooms really. breakfast vault uninspiring - better having it on the concourse near reception. poor signs to get to and from the breakfast room. this was not a 4 star hotel. this fine for a 2.5-3 star hotel.23 September 2008
3.5 star ratingReception staff superbDoor locker to the room; small ,not easy to operate for elder womens. Several asked for help! The room not ready befor 14:30- 15:00 on arrival. The standard of the hotel is nor 4 star, rather 2. 26 September 2008
2.5 star ratingcentral positionunhelpfull staff refurbishments going on strong smell of paint when i complained the staff were not interested We asked for a cup of tea from the coffee bar but the staff wre too busy getting ready for a prmotional evening the lady just gestured with her hands that she had to much on so we went along the street. we asked for an early cup of tea or facilities in our room as we had an early flight before the resturant was open, we were told no and pay for a superior room if we wanted the facility.29 September 2008
4.0 star ratingThe breakfast buffet was excellent: the guests could choose for cereals, fruit, english breakfast, in one word :everything was available! the rooms were spacious and clean, when we asked to do up our room it was very well done. The hotel is in walking distance from all the things you had to see in the centre of town.In the shower area the silicon closures were molded. Special treatment required?? DAmp patches in the ceilin:maybe the rooms under the roof could use a little more aering(we could not open the velux window=to high) There was one receptionist whom could show sometimes a little smile, we think. During our stay works were goin' on on the elevator, because of which there was quiet some noise. 12 November 2008
4.5 star ratingNice rooms, ours was rather big. Situated near a metrostation and close to the drop off from the Wizz Air bus transportation. Close to the chain bridge, all nice things on walking distance.none02 December 2008

4.0 star ratingThe hotel was in a good location with easy access to metro, bus stops and within walking distance of plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel breakfast was nothing special, with very little choice. Also the menu for an evening meal was very limited.17 March 2009
3.5 star ratingHotel reception, bar, public areas and facilities were good, however the rooms let the hotel down badly especially the bathroom area and the room's furnishings.Rooms were not what I would rate as 4 star.03 March 2009
4.0 star ratingA good, simple and central hotel with decent services and a helpful reception. Appears to be good value for money in this central area. The plates for the buffet breakfast were wet! The restaurant is rather dark. Only English TV channel is CNN.RDS, Kent21 May 2009
3.5 star ratingStaff friendly and efficient.Breakfast absolutely inedible, especially the scrambled egg and sausage. Our entire group of 8 walked out of our first morning's breakfast, then we never ate there again, even having paid for breakfast in advance. Appalling and disgusting.Friday Club Tel11 May 2010

3.0 star ratingWe had a large room (a triple for two persons) and the location of the hotel is superb! Very close to the places you want to go to but not a busy road so in the rooms it is very quiet. The rooms need a makeover! It is ok and clean but very simple and outdated. The breakfast was simple and we think they re-use the bread etc. from the day before......Jade27 April 2011
3.5 star ratingLocation is ideal for sightseeing and transport links. Staff were helpful and courteous. Lobby/lounge/bar area very modern, clean and airy. Luggage storage and safe deposit available. Room overlooking internal courtyard did not suffer noise from outside. Bed linen fresh and clean.Corridors are "tired", needing carpets and walls cleaning/redecorating. Room (324) was also tired and needed similar treatment. Walls between rooms seemed thin and it was very easy to eavesdrop on neighbour who was on Skype to girlfriend, also TV intrusion. The bathroom wasn't very clean, nor cleaned well. The shower enclosure doors fell off their tracks if not handled carefully and the enclosure was rusting at the bottom. One light fitting was hanging from the ceiling by its cable. Sink plug was seized in part-open position. Breakfast supplies ran out before end of breakfast-time. Chiseldon Flyer19 September 2011
