If arriving by car: leave the M23 at Junction 9 and follow the A23 signs towards Redhill. At Longbridge roundabout take the Horley turn off. About 1.6 km from here there is another roundabout with a Sainsbury's Local in the centre, take the 1st exit and the hotel is immediately on the right. For guests who require transport to the airport, the reception will be able to book a taxi on arrival (fees apply). The reception will provide guests with a number to call on their return journey. The hotel suggests that guests call on arrival in baggage claim so that the taxi will be there when they reach the arrivals hall.

2.0 star ratingThe room was clean and adequate for our needs. The hotel was handy for Gatwick Airport. There was one cheery waitress.The bar and restaurant were very cold. The rain was leaking through the light fittings in the bar and there appeared to be no member of staff who knew how to deal with this. The food was awful and expensive. We would not stay in this hotel again and would not recommend it to anyone else.05 November 2008
5.0 star ratingOn the whole a very pleasant stay although short. I found the bus service a boon as I don't know the area and airport. I found the Pub meals worth the money. The room was cold and when I asked for heating I was told how to switch on. However the radiator was ineffecient as it was needing the air taken out (bled) so it was noisy and we switched it off. Not worth bothering about as we were quite warm in bed.Suggest this is checked on letting the rooms.21 November 2008
