4.5 star ratingThe hotel location is good, the hotel facilities are very good and the staff are amazing. Every staff is very polite and although we only stayed for 2 nights they helped us on several occasions. We had misplaced our key and they resolved our issue in minutes. Overall I was very happy with the hotel and would consider staying there.The bed is a bit on the soft side but I face that issue wherever I go, as I have a broken back. But the pillows are horrible. I had neck pain every morning and a lesson learnt; that I need to take my pillow with me wherever I go.zittu27 August 2014

5.0 star ratingEnjoyed a great stay. Really good value booking. Staff were excellent from checking in to departure. Only ate breakfast but that was very good - rarely is scrambled egg sat in the buffet so soft and creamy. Hotel was very busy but breakfast and check out were extended to allow for a relaxed finish to our weekend.Sanjiv6619 July 2016
