This hotel is located in one of the newest commercial districts in London. The centre of Canary Wharf is only around 100 m away, with restaurants, bars and shopping amenities about 300 m away. The underground station Canary Wharf is around 600 m from the hotel, while the nearest regional railway station is around 1 km away. London's City Airport is 6 km away and Heathrow is around 33 km away. Newly opened, in 2006, this air-conditioned city hotel comprises a total of 282 rooms spread over 14 floors. Facilities on offer include a 24-hour reception desk, a currency exchange facility and a cloakroom. A bar and a restaurant are available on site, along with conference services and Internet access. Laundry and room services are also on offer. All rooms are fully-equipped as standard including a satellite/ cable TV, a minibar and tea and coffee-making facilities.

5.0 star ratingOne of the best hotels I have stayed in. The room was huge and the bed was the most comfortable I have slept in. Very convenient for rail link and underground, with shops bars restaurants all in walking distance. I will definately be back.Nothing!lauten1005 July 2011

5.0 star ratingAlways stay at this hotel when visiting London. It's not in the centre but easily accessible by DLR or Jubilee line within twenty minutes or so. The breakfast is excellent as is customer care,- the staff are very professional yet friendly and welcoming. Good deals are available at this hotel but I wish that they would re-introduce the Dinner, Bed NoneRol23 November 2011

5.0 star ratingWe had a great time and would definately stay there again.There was a mix up about food out of fridge and we got a bill through the door Sunday morning for two rooms, non of which had we touched. We took the bill to the reception and it was discounted. the people who do the checking on the fridge need to be checking more regularly.15 November 2011

4.5 star ratingI have stayed at the Hilton Canary wharf on a couple of occasions with my wife and have always enjoyed my stay. On each occasion the hotel have upgraded us which was fantastic. I would like to thank Hilton for making our stay so pleasant and we will definately be staying again. The only negative I have is that it is. Dry expensive to park your car ! I think as a guest you should have complimentary parking. Guy21 February 2012

3.0 star ratingCheck in took over 20mins as they didn't have reservation. Staff didn't explain problem till I asked. I had voucher and had to say twice it inc breakfast and was for 2. Room had lack of towels and view of scaffolding on building next door. poor lighting in room and shower had part broken. woken up at 4am with bill under door even though do not disturb sign was out. minibar needs clearer sign as charged for touching items even if not drunk. breakfast was below standard and poor quality bread was stale and hard before being toasted. 03 April 2012

4.5 star ratingHaving booked the hotel to celebrate my wife's Birthday as part of a weekend in London to watch a show and have a meal, we returned to the Hotel to be greeted and told we had been upgraded to an executive suite with full use of the executive lounge. Balloons and a birthday card were also in the room wishing my wife a Happy Birthday. The service and freindliness of the staff was 1st class and would not hesitate to return in the future. 5.0 star ratingWe have stayed here 3 times previously. It's convenient for bars and eateries in Canary Wharf, the 02 Arena and Central London. Lovely hotel, friendly, attentive staff. Room decor is modern and clean. We were up-graded to an Executive room,( we paid for a standard room ) as I stated at time of booking that our stay was to celebrate our wedding anniversary, so the up-grade on checking in was a lovely surprise! Would definitely stay again.07 July 2012

3.0 star ratingThe cooked breakfast was very poor, the bacon was melted together and this is because it was cooked in the oven. The yolk of the fried eggs were not cooked all in all the breakfast was cold. I went to reception to ask what time we had to book out and was told he would be with me in a minute as he was on the computer 5 minutes later I started to walk away it was then I was asked what he could help me with. On Sunday there was a spillage on the foor of food at breakfast it stayed there for the duration of the hour we were there.04 July 2012
5.0 star ratingWhat a stunning Hotel! The best Hotel I've ever stayed in. Booked a twin room after a night at the O2 Arena. Great location, room was huge, Bathroom wonderful, everything we needed in the room. Didn't realise we had a fridge full of goodies until the morning we left! WOW! Breakfast was scrummy.
