3.0 star ratingConcierge service very helpful.Overrated. Not as good as expected. Room not made up until after 4.00 p.m.! Clearly understaffed. Very expensive WiFi which is included in similar hotels of this category. Charging $12 per appliance per day is outrageous (my wife and I have a smartphone each and I also use a laptop). Fortunately I was ultimately able to persuade the hotel to waive the fee, but this should not be necessary. Loews should understand that WiFi is standard these days, like electricity in the rooms and water in the bathrooms!Cobham Al06 October 2013
