4.5 star ratingNice hotel, loved the hot tub, pool, and room.It would of been helpful if the staff knew more about the sites around the area. Times, parking, location. We were going to the Getty Museum in Santa Monica and they were closed from. Would of been nice to know this up front from the staff when asked. And the high parking fee 28.00 a day. 20 February 2011

5.0 star ratingWhen planning our recent US road trip we took a long time searching online for hotels. We made a good choice in this one. The suite was very spacious and clean, the staff friendly and approachable and the hotel was ideally situated for whatever you wanted to do. My husband and I both enjoyed our short stay in Santa Monica and would have no reservations about recommending this hotel to anyone or indeed going back.11 June 2011
4.5 star ratingA great situation just one block from downtown Santa Monica and Santa Monica Pier. Spotlessly clean huge suite with sitting area, large bedroom and good sized bathroom. TVs in sitting room and bedroom. King bed very comfortable. The hotel staff were all very communicative and polite and left a positive impression. A wonderful experience from our arrival to our departure.$28.00 a night parking charge (although this is common in LA)Angus15 October 2011
