3.5 star ratinggood location next to the train stationi had booked 2 rooms as it said on my acom voucher but at check in was told that was not the case the lady insisted i had booked just 1 room eventually she checked with the manger and we checked in then the heating system in both rooms was nt working and ther was no spare duvet/sheets room was coldshinez09 January 2012
